Help advance their blended learning approach with the integration of new and dynamic digital technology tools.
Along with maintaining and expanding this company’s eLearning offerings, there will be some specific projects to take ownership of in the coming year.
Creating and managing a blended learning approach for current and upcoming learners
Build a Learner portal and other tools to create an online community
Digitalisation of face-to-face learning processes through the integration of technological solutions
Selection and implementation of digital devices in the company’s training centres to introduce assistive technology as well as XR experiences
Software skills sought
You will be an eLearning developer, confident in Instructional Design. In particular, you will be working with:
Moodle
Articulate 360 (Rise 360 and Storyline 360)

Technically, you will need:
An in-depth knowledge of eLearning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools
A background in leading digital learning development – ideally, within the vocational education sector
Strong project and time management delivery (formal PM qualification not required)
A degree in education, instructional design, digital learning or a related relevant field
