We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Client Liaison team in Tauranga. The role requires excellent organisation skills, as you will:
Manage a high volume of client inquiries
Coordinate courses
Maintain client relationships
Handle trainer logistics
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:
Providing professional first response customer service to clients who contact VHNZ via phone, email, website, or in-person inquiries.
Liaising with clients to ensure their training requests and requirements are met in a professional and timely manner.
Inputting and maintaining all relevant training and client details in the VHNZ sales and training management systems.
Coordinating client-specific and public courses, ensuring all necessary facilities, equipment, and site specific requirements are arranged.
Coordination of trainers for courses, ensuring suitable trainers are booked and reasonable workloads are maintained. Trainer travel, car hire and accommodation to be arranged for trainers (where applicable).
Managing and developing customer relationships.
Hours of work
Nationally, the team of 11 provide coverage from 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role will be:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Ideally, hours to be 8.30am to 5pm
Some flex or variation may be required to provide the coverage noted above
Hourly rate
Up to $27.50 per hour
Plus employee benefits including medical (fully paid for employees)
