  • Run workshops to instill new practice

Technically, you will need: 

  • Proven experience in leading learner success initiatives in a diverse educational environment

  • Knowledge of the latest research and best practices in literacy, numeracy, learning support and inclusive education

  • Proficient data analysis to inform decision making

  • Strong time and project management (a formal project management discipline is not required – more that you can evidence delivery of results within expected timeframes)

  • A relevant degree in Education, Adult Teaching and Learning, or a related field
