Outplacement

Taking people through a redundancy can be one of the harder things a manager may have to do. It’s harder still when the employee has worked for you for years.

Outplacement is the most proactive thing an employer can do to assist a valued employee who is about to re-enter the employment market.

We work with each individual directly to create a CV that will market their strengths and we coach them in what to expect from agencies. This includes identifying their transferable skills and catching them up on some of the techniques used by professional interviewers.

Although some people shy away from it, we go through role plays with them. Past attendees have found these empowering, as they can practice how to put their best forward in a safe environment.

The result of this investment is that your employee will enter the candidate market better equipped to navigate the processes they will encounter on their way to finding new employment.
